Spring is the beginning of the sealcoat season, beginning in March and extending to early November. You see, sealcoat should only be applied if both ambient temperature and pavement temperature are above 50°F and below 85°F.
While it may not be the ideal time to pave or apply sealcoat, it is the ideal time to schedule such spring paving projects. Once the weather warms up, our phone will start ringing off the hook, so it is important to schedule your project before we get too busy.
