You will have effectively trapped another human being by abusing handicap spaces. Does it really sound worth the convenience of parking illegally, even if it is only “just for a minute”?

It is not only morally wrong, insensitive, and potentially dangerous for handicap people who are differently abled and have different requirements to abuse parking lot spaces, but you can incur a heavy fine. While fines used to be small, they now can run from roughly $100 to $300 or more depending on the local laws and regulations where the infraction occurred.
